BET Networks Programming Tie-In With National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day

As part of the Rap-It-Up public-education campaign, BET Networks and the Kaiser Family Foundation are sponsoring youth-focused programs in conjunction with National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day on February 7. Scheduled programs include Reflections, a short film by a seventeen-year-old Illinois girl, and the accompanying Ford Foundation-funded Behind the Scenes documentary, both on February 4; the news special Sex, Myths and the Real Deal, also Ford-funded, on February 7; and Odicie, the story of a young girl's discovery of her uncle's death from AIDS, on February 18.
